notes

Immune+ supports your immune system.

Raw honey is a natural antibiotic with broad antimicrobial activity. If you are vegan, use organic maple syrup.

Manuka honey contains non-hydrogen peroxide, which gives it even greater antibacterial power.

You can use half a teaspoon of organic turmeric powder with the immune+ for its anti-inflammatory properties.

The antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergenic properties, flavonoid and vitamin C content in orange zest add an extra boost of support for your immune system.

Makes sure you use oranges that are grown without the use of pesticides, so there is no toxic chemical residue contaminating the peel.

If fresh oranges aren’t available, buy organic orange juice, or you can use lemons.

If you are feeling nauseous, use apple juice – even better if it’s fresh juice.

Make sure you use organic apple juice. Most conventionally farmed apples are drenched in pesticides that even penetrate the peel – avoid them.

Take some time to rest if you can and sleep.

take care!
