I am loving immune+. When I had a cold, and felt really down, I had immune+ tea 3 or 4 times a day. I added lemon rind and lemon juice, honey and ginger. It put me back on my feet in two days. Additionally, I made a mix with garlic, turmeric and ginger root in honey and added immune+ to boost it. That amount of nutrients gave me extra strength and I got over the cold really quickly.
Love the flavours and the aroma. I felt the benefits immediately when I had a sore throat. I enjoy drinking immune+ anytime as a herbal tea, with a slice of lemon.
